Jaime Elizabeth Pressly (born July 30, 1977) is an American actress and model. Known for her role as Joy Turner on the NBC sitcom My Name Is Earl (2005–2009), she won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series and garnered nominations for a Golden Globe Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award. She has appeared in such films as Can't Hardly Wait (1998), Inferno (1999), Not Another Teen Movie (2001), The Karate Dog (2004), and I Love You, Man (2009). For her portrayal of Jill Kendall on the CBS sitcom Mom (2014–2021), she was nominated for the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.

Jaime was born in Kinston, North Carolina. Pressly spent 11 years studying gymnastics and dancing. By the time she was 14, she was already the spokeswoman for her modeling agency, "International Cover Model Search", and she had begun to gain recognition for her modeling in the USA, as well as in Italy and Japan. Pressly attended the Costa Mesa High School in California, where her mother had moved while her parents were going through a divorce. Jaime subsequently sought and succeeded to have herself legally emancipated from her parents at the age of 15 so she could travel to Japan, as neither of her parents could make the trip.

Pressly worked as actress Drew Barrymore's body double in the film Poison Ivy. She starred in the 1997 sequel, Poison Ivy: The New Seduction. In 1999, Pressly was cast as the promiscuous dancer "Audrey" on the television show Jack & Jill.

In 2001 she beccame the new spokesmodel for Liz Claiborne Cosmetics and its fragrance Lucky You. Pressly posed nude for the March 1998 and February 2004 issues of Playboy. She has performed with the band The Pussycat Dolls. In 2002, she was ranked #8 in Stuff magazine's "102 Sexiest Women in the World". In 2003, she launched a lingerie line, J'Aime, which has now become a full sleepwear and ready-to-wear line. In 2006, Maxim magazine named her #34 on its annual Hot 100 list.

Pressly starred in the independent film, Poor White Trash, playing scheming gold-digger Sandy Lake. She subsequently appeared in a number of widely released films, including Ringmaster, Tomcats, Joe Dirt, Not Another Teen Movie and Torque, as a crazed motorcycle-riding criminal.

Pressly appeared on the hit NBC sitcom My Name is Earl as Joy. She received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on the show. Lately, Pressly plays the role of Tina Armstrong, in the movie based on the popular video game, DOA: Dead or Alive.
