TRACI BINGHAM
Born: Jan. 13, 1968 Height: 5' 7"
Traci Bingham is nothing short of stunning. Combine her Afro-American, Cherokee, and Italian heritage with a hard-working attitude towards physical training and you have a recipe for one of the most exotic beauties to have ever graced
Baywatch.
While attending Harvard, Traci found time to do plays like
West Side Story,
Guys and Dolls,
Annie and
Grease. After catching John Landis' eye she landed a small part in his basketball movie
Celtic Pride. She put her Harvard studies on hold, headed to L.A. and won dozens of roles in
Married...With Children,
The Fresh Prince of Bel Air,
The Nutty Professor and
Tales from the Crypt: Demon Nights. After two years in L.A., this youngest sibling of seven emerged from the water as a new cast member on
Baywatch, then the world's most watched television show.
Traci appeared in the June '98 issue of Playboy Magazine. Besides appearing in the magazine, Traci hosted a Playboy video featuring her and other unclad Baywatchers like
Pamela Anderson. Unfortunately, just as Traci's issue was hitting the stands her Baywatch career ended as the producers let her go from the show in May of '98.
You can also put away that engagement ring you bought her. Traci headed back to her boyfriend's hometown of Ames, Iowa on August 29th, 1998, and said "I do" with Los Angeles musician Robb Vallier. Bingham's bridesmaids included
Gena Lee Nolin,
Carmen Electra, and Angelica Bridges.
Traci also joined
Angie Everhart and Roger Moore in the syndicated program
The Dream Team. The show was short-lived. In 2002, Traci proved she had strength and stamina when she came in second on FOX's
Celebrity Bootcamp.
Traci has recently been in a lot of direct-to-video features like
Malibooty and
More Mercy. Her slipping celeb status made her a perfect candidate for the C-list reality show
The Surreal Life's second season which co-starred Ron Jeremy and Vanilla Ice. Bingham was hired as a spokesmodel by Empire Poker, an online gambling site. In 2006, she appeared on
Celebrity Big Brother in the United Kingdom. In 2007, Bingham appeared on VH1's
The Surreal Life: Fame Games and won the $100,000.
In 2003, Traci became engaged to John Yarbrough, a senior vice president of Investment Banking at Salomon Smith Barney. The pair planned to marry after her divorce from Robb Vallier was final, but did not. She is a vegetarian, and has appeared in advertisements for and is a member of PETA.
